i haven't done this myself but i heard what you can do is run 94 octane(highest outta the pump in my area) and JUST before you get to your emissions place disconnect the neg. terminal to your battery and let it sit for 5-10 mins (with it disconnected) then reconnect it and drive right in to the place. It has something to do with the ecu and how it rests or something (if you have a upgraded ecu put the stock back in i heard that messes with emission) or theres all ways the alternative and flash some money to the guy some guys will take it but some go by the book. anyways good luck man
